Prices are in pounds sterling, include VAT, and are the amount charged — nothing is added at the checkout. You can change or cancel your plan yourself at any time.

Before you start
- What happens after the 7 days?
- Nothing, unless you choose to continue. We do not ask for a card to start the trial, so there is no card for us to charge when it ends — the trial simply stops. If you decide part-way through that you want to keep going, you can add a card from your account and carry straight on without losing a day.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, from your account, without emailing anyone. You keep the time you have already paid for — cancelling in the second week of a month does not end that month — and if you change your mind before it runs out you can turn renewal back on at no charge.
- What happens to our work if we stop?
- Nothing is deleted. Every trail, tree and past result stays exactly where it was, and your reports and the tutor export keep working. The only thing that pauses is starting new practice.
- How is the price for two or more children decided?
- By how many children are on your account when you subscribe. There is one login for the family and each child keeps their own separate progress, trail and reports.
